Our Charges: We charge 4.5% on the total annual rental of your property. Example: If your monthly rent is Rs. 32,000, our yearly charges would be Rs. 17,280.
What's Included: This transparent fee covers all our services, including tenant search, periodic inspections, home visits, preparation of rental agreements, tenant replacement if they leave midway, and any other related management charges.
